I've used this for everything from patching my truck bed to building a small trailer. The dual voltage is a lifesaver since my garage only has 110V in some spots. Arc is stable and the digital display makes dialing in settings quick.
Performs well on 3/16 to 1/4 inch steel without issue. The wire feed knob feels a little cheap but hasn't failed on me yet. Would've liked a better manual since I had to look up settings online.
Bought this to replace an old flux-core-only unit. The switch to MIG with gas has improved my weld quality noticeably. Fan is loud but that's a minor complaint given how well it welds.
For hobby projects it's fine, but if you're doing longer welds at higher amperage it cools down faster than I expected. Still, for the price and dual voltage feature, it's a reasonable buy.
