We run this in our fab shop daily on thick steel and it hasn't skipped a beat. The pulse MIG setting saves us tons of cleanup time on stainless jobs.
Performance is excellent across stick and flux-core, but moving it around the shop floor is a two-person job without a cart. Worth it for the output though.
Used this on a bridge repair project — ran flux-cored wire all day at high amperage without overheating. Duty cycle claims are accurate in real-world use.
Took a few weeks to dial in the synergic pulse programs properly, but once set, weld quality on aluminum and stainless improved significantly.
