I use this for stainless steel fabrication on job sites. The Auto-Line feature lets me plug into whatever power is available, and the arc quality is superb even at low amperages.
Performance on steel and stainless is excellent, very stable arc. Only downside is no AC output, so I still need another machine for aluminum work.
Lightweight enough to carry around my garage, and the fan-on-demand keeps it quiet. Great for hobby projects and small repairs.
The pulse control and multiple wave shape technology give me fine control over my welds. A bit pricey but worth it for the quality.
