Bought this for home projects and it's been fantastic. Easy to set up and runs smooth on both flux core and gas.
Does what I need for auto body repair. Wish it had more amperage for thicker steel but for the price it's hard to beat.
Used it on a trailer build with 3/16 steel and it handled fine. Had to swap the liner sooner than expected though.
Works well for small projects but duty cycle drops fast at higher settings. Good for hobby use, not heavy production.
Compact, powerful enough for my needs, and the spool gun option let me finally try aluminum welding.
