I've been running this machine for about a year on aluminum fuel tanks and it lays down beautiful beads once you dial in the AC balance. For the price, nothing else comes close.
Performance is great on both steel and aluminum. My only complaints are the constant fan noise and having to buy the pedal separately. Otherwise very happy.
Switched from a big-name brand and honestly can't tell much difference in weld quality. Saved a ton of money. Support took a while to answer my question though.
Took me longer than it should have to understand the pulse settings because the manual isn't very clear. Once I figured it out, the welds turned out great.
I weld stainless and aluminum projects on weekends and this machine has more than enough power and control. Digital display makes adjustments quick and easy.
