We've run this unit daily in our fabrication shop for over a year. Cuts clean through 3/4 inch plate without hesitation and the pilot arc never fails to fire on the first try.
Performance is excellent and the cut quality is consistently smooth. My only gripe is the weight makes it less convenient to move around job sites compared to smaller units.
I do a lot of scrap and salvage work, and this machine chews through rusty, painted metal without issue. The auto-refire feature is a huge time saver on expanded metal.
Setup for three-phase power took some research, but once running it's been flawless. Consumables aren't cheap, but the cut quality justifies the cost for professional use.
