Switched from a basic DC-only TIG to this and the aluminum welding capability alone was worth it. The EZ settings take the guesswork out of dialing in parameters.
Works well for my farm equipment repairs. Wish the duty cycle was a bit higher for longer welds, but overall very happy with the arc quality.
Not a commercial-grade unit, but for weekend projects and light fabrication it's been reliable. The digital display is a nice touch for tracking amperage.
